@MrsPeel It is a photo of the xray which was on a computer screen .. in the center if you look closely you see a white screw... It gets screwed into your jaw... Then after it all heals like in 3 months, you get a nice crown on top of it... It is a pretty permanent thing as opposed to the other option of a bridge... this was my 2nd one....
