Journaling reads: We had finished our fall burn on November 3rd. Three days later, I had picked up a few twigs and sticks, tossed them onto the ash remains of the burning pile. I did not even think about it. Fast forward to late that evening. I had gone outside to bring in the bird seed and I heard crackling. I went around the house to investigate, and I found this. My own little bonfire had reignited. I choose to believe it was for my benefit. -- November 6, 2020
