Great choice of gray for the background to highlight all the flooding. We live near the Mississippi River and are familiar with flooding. Your layout really reflects the mood. Love the paint elements and the flying birds.
What a fabulous page Marilyn. It does give you a surreal feeling when you see local landmarks disappear beneath flood waters, always a reminder of how Mother Nature can assert herself when she wants to!
