@Cherylndesigns We had Katrina for almost 18 years. She had been dumped out by the nursing home that John's father was in. It was a cold, bitter night & I'm sure she wouldn't have survived. She was so young. At one point in her many years, she weighed almost 20 lbs. She really was a beautiful cat, and she was a good girl. She did favor me over John, but she liked us both.

@mcurtt I love that name. It's funny, Chuck never liked cats. Guess who Cody favored??? Yep, Chuck. We haven't had a cat since, but if you get a good one, they're awesome. 20 pounds - that's a BIG cat!! My mom had a cat named Puff that got that big. Puff hated my youngest sister, for some reason, and that jaded her towards cat. They're strange, but loveable creatures.
