@SharLamb@cfile@Ferdy@Angela Toucan Thank you all. Chicago takes great pride in their "urban" floral arrangements. The colors were so vivid. I've got a similar pic where the branches were in done up in lime green and purple. Beautiful purple tulips, etc. Our Uber driver who drove us back to my brother's place actually worked for the landscaping firm who did the planting on these masterpieces. He commented that all of the work was done at night so that it wouldn't affect traffic or peoples' commutes.
