Here I go again...from scratch this time, using another of Nicole's freebies (from when she "lived" elsewhere)...trying to use as much of the mini-kit as I could. Included a little brushwork (smudging/blending, and handwriting) today. When I couldn't remember how to do something, I googled it and usually got my answer right away. Although I spent W A Y more time doing this in Procreate than I could have done in PS, I felt like I learned a lot today, and much of what I did, I did without having to review anything.

One thing I think I may do in the future is to not do shadows in Procreate. I'm moving the projects over to my cpu anyway, so will just tweak shadows, strokes, and any typing I want to do in PS (things that don't happen automatically in ProC). But I loved being able to use my own handwriting on this art journal page...something I could never master with a Wacom.
