- These are two of my favorite things: a recipe I got from Pinterest and we started cooking in 2018 and have it as one of our faves, Oven Baked Zucchini & Feta Fritters, which Sarita has cooked in this past 3 months a couple of times, so I don't miss them...unlike the other one, Nelma, my carer, who has become another daughter to me, and I miss her with all my heart!!!!!!
