Your layout jumped out of the gallery with that big, beautiful title - it's a question my Mom asked every night at dinner when I was a kid. Everyone at the table, Dad included, had to share their one best thing and their one worst thing from their day. You're right, it's a terrific mindfulness practice, and it sure does get kids talking. Oh, and it doesn't just work on 5 year olds - I've found myself using the technique with my teenaged stepdaughter!
