There is a lot of Banksy and I have a photograph of an old whole wall he did 10 years ago and was (crazy???) painted over in white by the council. He came back and stripped of the paint- they painted pver again.....sometimes authorities have no reasoning...his is first class art selling all over the world in 100 of thousands of pounds...and they destroy it anyway, TFL!
