we are saying good bye to sugars & carbs (well at least will try avoiding them as much as we can!!!) so we did it in style and went to Wagamamma for lunch and then at home....just by thinking of it makes me want chocolate!!!!!       So true, I struggle with self discipline too!  Scrapbooking is always more fun! I love that shot from the ground looking up at the top of the building!

      I really like all the ellies you added to the pocket page.  I, too, need to cut out the sugars.  Turns out I'm actually prone to craving them by a genetic condition I have.  Still doesn't help me to have self-control.
