We have been talking with my daughter quiet a lot, and one of the issues that made me feel very proud of her is her relationship with food and how she sees the outside world on that She was making a comment about one of the girls from Little Minx (think girl's One Direction, they also came out of X Factor) and how she despises the fact that the girl that used to be fuller & inspired and was supported by the millions of size 14 plus in the UK then, has lost so much weight she looks dreadful and how bad an example she is turning to be.... If we look at the 40's to 60's even in the 70's, being curvy meant sexy, healthy.. it saddens me that skinny is fashionable. Neither of us have problems with weight, and I am not saying I support overweight...that is as un-healthy as skinny is...but the pressure girls go through because of their appearance in today's society is dreadful
