Description
When Lotus was living with her foster parents, they invited me to visit on grandparents’ day at her school. It was a good occasion to see her teacher and discuss a bit of her life history. Lotus said it was the first time anyone had come to this event so I said I was sure to come any time she invited me again. Sadly that was not to be. A loss for all.

Lovely layout and journaling. Love that blue border and checkered bow you used to wrap it up. Glad you were there for her and sad that you won't have that opportunity going forward. Fostering is a much needed service but heartbreaking in many respects too.
