Oh wow this is awesome Maureen, I love the sensitivity in your journaling. It must be so hard for chefs, being creatives and not being able to enjoy the buzz of service can be tricky, its definitely addictive. Thanks for sharing and enjoy what looks like homemade Gnocchi?

Yes @Justagirl Iain was showing me how to make & roll gnocchi a couple of years ago. I realized then that I was not as fond of gnocchi as I thought! I'm not a big potato eater...;) Pasta yes, gnocchi no.
