2 Month old Kman

We’re celebrating two months!! Two glorious, overflowing, exhausting, but oh-so-wonderful months! You’ve started to smile recently, and while we have to work for it, each dimpled grin reminds me about all that is good in the world. You do smile easily at your sister and my heart is bursting with anticipation, knowing I’ll be in the front row, watching your budding relationship blossom. I have already felt the calming presence you have brought into our home and hearing your daddy say that you would be the peacemaker in our family confirmed in my heart what a special little boy you are. Kman, you are the greatest blessing our family has received. I revel in those quiet mornings, when I have you all to myself, and we talk softly to each other. Your little body might only be a few weeks new, but when I gaze into your eyes I get a glimpse into your soul. Your little spirit is so pure, so innocent. You will be teaching me just as much as I teach you. Thank you, dear little man, for choosing us as your family, for we are so very very lucky.
