the photo is actually a few years ahead, but I knew I wanted to scrap this as soon as I saw the elements of the Bundle (which are all awesome!!!) but couldn't find that year's photo, so I will change it & make the rest of the pages when I do find them. I was living in Madrid at my friend Montse's place, her brother mentioned he was going to Puerto Mazarron in Murcia, where their parents had a beach house. My face must have lightened up when I heard, because he invited me to join him. The distance is more or less 300 miles, what you would make in an average car in between 4 & 5 hours....but we were on a Honda motorbike, can't remember now the model but I know it was a very powerful vehicle... we only stopped once to have a drink, if I remember correctly we made it in 5 hours. I did conquer through that trip one of my dreams, which was to see the region of La Mancha, the setting to Miguel de Cervantes' Don Quixote (and one of the most delicious Spanish cheeses).
