I was going through some old slides to make a page for the August Random challenge and came across this beauty! It is of me and my brother in 1965 at the World's Fair. I thought this picture really was a foretelling of my scrapbooking future! LOL ... Look at all the grunge here and that Art Sale sign....the building looks abandoned and it is me leaning on the Rathskeller sign which is the name used for German pubs... Anyway I am led to believe this is in the Bavarian Pavillion area. When I first chose this slide I had no clue where it was from and I went scouraging through home movies and found footage from the World's Fair with my brother and I wearing the exact same clothes and walking around the little villages there and the German Bavarian area. So neat to look at these!!!
