When my son & family moved to North Carolina, I saw many cotton ball wreaths. I wanted on but waffled on buying one then.
Each visit to NC had me looking for a wreath. Some times they were out of season, or I only saw expensive ones or tacky ones. Sigh.
Then one day I saw a wreath that was just the right size & under $20. This was my wreath, reattached cotton balls & all!
