love the text aper behind all this and how it works with the journalling - so glad to read you were looking after yourself even when it's hard too and i totally get that - my summer go-to is (anti-oxidant rich and better than an ice-block/popsicle) frozen blueberries, with or without a scoop of yoghurt - i'm not too enthusiastic about them in winter but they stay in the freezer year round and i throw them in instant oatmeal before it goes in the microwave - i'm all about healthy being easy as well!
