The photo is of my young relative who is part Ukrainian, part Russian, part Tartar, part Armenian, all human... all love and beauty and gentleness and hope, I made this page when the war between Ukraine and Russia started and the family fled to Armenia. When the only feeling I was allowing myself over the turmoil of the combating feelings inside me was hope Renew bundle
if i hadn't just read what you wrote in the description, i would have said something about the cool sketch effect and butterfly sticker interaction but it's such a heart breaking situation, i can't imagine living near that part of the world, let alone knowing specific people affected and displaced - i hope the art helps process everything and that they are ok in armenia
@bellbird thank you, it means a lot to me. They are fine, safe for now. It is not easy having to up and go, but they are very graceful about it, to some extent, my cousin split up with her husband, it was too much to deal with, but she is a wonderful strong woman who fights for herself and her daughter, and I still Hope that their life will be good as the result of her hard work and all the fighting she does to survive
