I rarely go out these days, as my mobility is degenerating and the heart failure nurses come to mine, but was invited to a Diabetes group clinic at my GP surgery so, as it is summer and I want to include myself in the pages for our books, I decided to make an effort and come out of the black clothing. We had late lunch at a restaurant near us. I don't think the photo is a particularly good one, but not bad for almost 60, right? LOL
