Well this is where living on the other side of the world I am grateful for google - so scrappel is a bit like meatloaf ? This is the first time I've heard of it, it's funny the way we come around to different foods as we age, I was the same with soup in general - happy Xmas eve! looks like a pretty good hot breakie /breakfast!

@bellbird Scrapple is more like sausage or hot dogs...all the organ parts you don't want to think about but with added cornmeal as a binder. I just don't think about it when I eat it...

lol, i have heard of it but have never tried it either! i might have given it go if not for reading just now what it is made from! lol. now that i know - not sure i can - but your photo makes it look so yummy!

One thing I love about journaling challenges is reading about things I never knew about. I just learned about Scrapple. not sure I'd try it if I knew what it was, but with a name only I'd have been convinced to try it I love your page!
