Oh, dear. I used to live in San Jose so I can share your distress. It seems like we would have snow on the mountains around our valley almost every February - but hail that reaches the ground and stays long enough to photograph - noooooooooo!!!!! I love how you've included your pink flamingo to emphasize the contrast.
