With our old house, I often felt that it could be almost human the way it creaks and groans even when there's no apparent reason.
She talks to those men as if I don’t hear them. She talks about moving this or moving that. I know I’m safe here because I’m an outside wall and support the house. But each day I shed a tear for what she called an inside wall . I called it Fred, and he was my brother, here with me since 1910. I’d heard about humans doing this sort of thing but it never had happened to us. I lost a couple other family members during this scheme of hers. But it was her husband who had the idea to put this hole in my head for an air conditioner. I’ll probably have a headache for the rest of my life. I do wish I could talk to her and tell her about my family ...
oh girl...you full my heart with joy and beauty, and you really surprised me with this. Not because I don't consider you one of the very best scrappers we have , not because I don;t think your talent for the written word isnt amazing...but maybe because I was expecting more of an every day thing and this is is just AWESOME in the imagination avenue and everything that comes with the page. I so enjoyed this in every way, love the slightly out of your style thing, love the gorgeous additions and I am totally in love with it ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks so much for playing with us!!!!!!!!!
