Ha ha ha ha! I'm not laughing AT you, just with you. I think every person who has ever purchased a silhouette has had the same exact experience. (at least I hope so, because I sure did). Once I figured it out, it seems so easy... why can't it be easy from the start? Let me know if you have any questions or post in the forum... there are tons of us that use these machines and one of us ought to be able help. Totally laughed out loud at the "Hell, I can make babies!" Lol!

I don't have a Silhouette, to date I've resisted the urge for that very reason, I hate the learning curve. But you're right, I barely remember the commitment it took to learn Photoshop! You go girl, you've got this!

Awesome page...I bought mine about 5-6 years ago and something didn't go right and It has been sitting here-unused but I also have a million ideas and things I want to do with it!!
My niece has one and uses it all of the time-I told her this is a great excuse to come visit

This is so fun! I love the screaming guy in the center. I got a Silhouette over the summer and had issues at first too. My problem was hitting the wrong feed button so it started cutting my mat! Ugh. Once I solved that, it's been mostly smooth sailing - except for figuring out where to set the blade. I did finally learn to try the test cut first! That has saved me some time, paper, and money.

"Hell, I can even make babies" just made me snort my coffee! This so funny and so true! I have a Silhouette and I feel your pain, exasperation and desire to play with this wonderfully wicked machine called the Silhouette. You captured all your emotions on your page - great job.
