does milka do personalised massive chocolate blocks or am i misunderstanding that bottom left extracted pic!? if so, what a gift but don't tell cadbury - they'd charge a fortune and the $ of choc has gone up so much in the last few years and the weight of the blocks have shrunk at the same time!

Yes, they do! This is ordered from a Norwegian site, but I'm sure it must exist somewhere else too. And it's not one huge chocolate sadly. There are 8 chocolates inside, but still fun with that huge box
