For the 2025 Summer Camp Week 4 Challenge - Back in the Saddle
While in Orlando, we went to this restaurant called Jaleo by Jose Andres where Jason somehow convinced me that we should get the chef's tasting menu which included more than a dozen courses. From the start, I just knew one way or another this was going to be a bad idea. The first several plates were small and I started to feel encouraged that I might actually make it through this meal. And then came the potatoes...
These damn potatoes completely derailed our momentum. They were heavy and starchy and super filling so Jason and I decided not to finish them to save room for the last several courses, but apparently our waitress had decided to hold the next courses until we finished the potatoes. We eventually flagged her down to let her know we were ready to move on and were doing our best to persevere through a mounting food coma. We asked if there was any way we could take the dessert courses to go, but one of them was ice cream so we had to eat it there. I don't think I've ever been that full in my entire life!

Oh my!! That’s a lot of food!! Wow! I had no idea this was a thing! It makes for a good story though . I like how you laid out each course. We really get to experience the beautiful presentation of each one.
