I really enjoyed your journaling. It's a rough road for sure. You're lucky that you were able to take the HRT. You made lemonade out of lemons with this lovely page. If you have any breast cancer in the family, you shouldn't take the HRT.
I also really liked your journaling, it is a rough road. I didn't realize that hair loss was one of the postmenopausal symptoms. Great job documenting this, and for having a photo for each stage. I love the message on the colourful word strip!
