@MrsPeel I have scrapped a few dogs.. LOL they are not ours.. this was when we were at the outdoor market last weekend and this pup and his friend (see the matching one I cut off!!) in the center of the booths walking with their owner. They had this band around their muzzle which I removed as I did not like it
