Journaling:
I began playing the autoharp in 2002...an Oscar Schmidt instrument. I thought it was pretty nice until I played one of Pete d’Aigle’s nearly angelic ‘harps! Dave and I could both hear the difference in sound, and I also loved the way it felt. So we ordered one—hand made especially for me. The months of waiting were worth it. It has a crisper, richer tone than my previous ‘harp, and it is lighter weight, an attribute I’m appreciating more and more. This autoharp is more than an instrument. It is truly a work of art. I not only love playing it, I love looking at it and touching it.
what a lovely page about your harp - love the journaling you added too!the pinks/watercolor are so pretty with all the neutrals and bring out that red sweater! love it!
How cool that you play the autoharp and what a great page did you make to show and tell! I totally agree with Jenn that the pink and red elements totally help lead the ey to you in your red sweater. Fantastic page!!!! And super cool that you entered with a second page!
