1-6-18 - Technical Challenge - Dispersion
1. Create a layout with dispersion technique
2. Must scrap the page

This is my nephew - he plays high school soccer.
I watched a video on how to do this in PSE11 and I think I got it...I wanted it to look like he was kicking up dirt with the dispersion.

That this is what they do in soccer with their shoes, kicking up dirt... Love it. Perfect use for this technique.
