LOL! Great title - and I like how it has a touch of sparkle to it!  Fun bright pink background - definitely qualifies as happy and the stitching and scribbles really add to your "stinker" theme. 

Aren't all cuties really stinkers at heart?  I sure have one in my hands!  So cool that we grabbed the same background!

I get all happy to see our parents in our pages, especially when they are kids...and I giggled at you calling her a little stinker! purty funny!
