- This has been a whirl wind week of emotions here in our little town. Having a police officer shot down in the line of duty was just horrific. My husband works directly with our local police. He took the boys, out of respect and so they can see the gratitude and also the extreme pain of the police. I included the man who shot him mugshot. His kids used to be in the same class as my boys. He was one horrible man. This page will go in our life book as a memorial.
