- Ten years of "trying" was heartbreaking. It seems that everyone around you is pregnant or holding a child. We felt so lonely, but held to each other and God. Treatment was our next step. We decided we did not want to know which one of us was "broken" . So we opted out of fertility treatments.
the page says we chose adoption, but actually Adoption found us...and seven kids later...whew, we are no longer lonely.
