Nice layout Jan! My windows are probably much dirtier than yours! LOL. One thing to try if you use PSE is a filter that may help remove some of the dust. Look in filters>noise>dust & scratches or reduce noise. I've used this with some success on similar photos. It's not Windex, but it might help! Bummed I missed the speed scrap, but it looks like Wisconsin was well represented by you and Judy (@bonnenuit ).
