Journaling: 11/8 We got a backstage view of the puppets for "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" at the Center for Performing Arts. The Bumble {AKA Abominable Snowman} is a body puppet, so the puppeteer wears the puppet & moves the arms. The puppet has a tiny camera in its belly button to facilitate movement around the stage. White lines painted on the floor also help him move without hitting others. Another puppeteer helps remove the Bumble's magnetic teeth near the end of the story. We loved the photos we got with him!
