Love your collage of keto food! How I know the keto food aversion! It makes it hard to stick to it, but it sure helps control my blood sugar. So much so, they took diabetes off my chart! I'm not doing super strict right now, just low carb, but it's worth it! Be my keto sister!
 
I LOVE keto too, that and intermittent fasting keeps me on track. Love to be here with you to cheer you on! Great collaged style page.
 
Oh... the lifelong struggle with weight, especially after menopause! I know... It's never-ending and sometimes feels like one step forward and two steps back. But keeping at it for two years is fantastic! I started keto and then did 8 months on carnivore. It worked, but as soon as I stopped, the weight came back. I too am currently on my 2.0 version, working to re-lose the weight. This time I am aiming for permanent habit changes. There is no room for dieting, only change. I am learning to accept a slower shift in exchange for more stability. I feel in control of my appetite on high protein and moderate fat. Carbs usually throw me off and rev up my cravings, but I still use them occasionally for recovery after intense effort. I've learned how my body reacts to carbs and try to pre-emptively counter those effects.

We can do it! I'm with you all the way!
 
I have been a yo-yo keto dieter. I like that it is anti-inflammatory and keeps my joints from aching. But I keep returning to the carbs because I get bored so fast.

That is my main reason for usually stopping. This was a crazy time and doing keto while stressing is horrible!
I forgot about the benefits of anti-inflammatory! I need to keep that in forefront as yesterday was day one of Keto 4.0 lol
