This was the year to take on the big remodel plans for the house. In January, Gabriel and Tony took out the old nasty bar. It was so wobbly. Eric came over and did tile work to fill in the hole in the floor. Then November, the door way to the foyer opened. It took way more than we thought, but the breeze and daylight that comes thru the house makes it all worth it. We haven’t textured or painted yet. That waits for the closing in of the patio in Spring of 2017. It is a good bonding time also for Tony and the boys. They love to help. Mom loves to have it done!
