Wow! love the graphic at the bottom of the page, also I'm trying to eat more veggies and not meat at all, but however good amount of protein. Beautiful use of the photos. Nicely done my dear!
I think I need my vision checked, at first I thought it said Snow sucks. (Well, it can.) LOL! I do like your socks & documentation. And good for you for not eating meat during the week. I was a 100% vegetarian from 1989 until around 2009 when my Lyme-literate doctor said that I needed more protein in my diet. So I will now eat fish once or twice a month.
@mcurtt I have felt that way about snow sometimes, particularly last winter when I was delivering packages.
I actually didn't count the salmon I have most weeks when I wrote that ate no meat. I'm not aiming to be vegetarian, just plant based. Mostly for health and environmental reasons. Is there a connection between Lyme disease and the need for meat protein?
@michelepixels Regarding the link between protein and Lyme, no clue. He was a great doctor and he helped me through 5 years of horror. I did what he told me to do. My reason for being a vegetarian has always been kindness, to myself, to the animals, to the environment.
