@Iowan We lived in Cedar Rapids for a few years. I think it's about an hour or so from Bennett. We used to go to Mount Vernon for the Midwest Old Settlers & Threshers Fall Festival and sometimes went to or through the Quad Cities, so we may have been close to Bennett at those times.

I was in Cedar Rapids a few times. I seem to remember an oatmeal factory.

Yes, Quaker Oats is there.
