This is the view my 3 times great grandparents, William and Sarah Hawbrook Winter and 2 times great grandfather William Henry Winter would have seen looking out from Caythorpe toward Fulbeck. Sarah was born and married William Henry in Fulbeck, and her parents and brother continued to live there after her marriage. William Henry and Jane Eyre Winter moved to Fulbeck around 1865 where they lived until they emigrated to the U.S. in 1882.
