For further assistance, comments, questions or ideas, please complete the form below to contact our support staff.  Be sure to include your store username, order number(s) and any other pertinent information when completeing the form so our staff can better assist you with completing your request.  Customer service inquiries will be replied to within 24-48 hours, most often sooner.

We understand that there may be occasional technical issues that arise with regards to orders and product downloads.  Orders will be reset by request only; however order histories older than 30 days will only be reset on a case-by-case basis.  If histories older than 30 days include more than 5 orders, there may be a small reset fee assessed.  Please allow up to 72 hours for resets to be completed.  Be sure to back up often!

If your order appears as "Queued," please wait approximately 10-15 minutes before contacting our support staff.  Often, queued orders are simply waiting for payment confirmation to be communicated back to the store from either Paypal or the credit card processor.
