Please note that this license is for my non-commercial use products. Any commercial use items I may add to the store will already include a commercial use license.
Scrap for Hire (S4H)
If you are scrapping for others and selling them your flattened image as a finished product, you will need to purchase this licence. Under this license you may provide your client with a flattened finished image. No psd (layered) files are permitted.
Limited Professional Use License – Single Product
This license will cover the use of a Single Product; you must purchase a separate license for each product that you would like to use in your business. (Please note that this price does NOT include the products themselves). Please choose the number of licenses you would like to purchase in the shopping cart and in the comments section please list the product(s) you are purchasing the license(s) for.
This license allows for small business use only.
Please credit the graphics used whenever possible ("graphics created by Lynne-Marie Favreau")
Permitted Uses:
• You may create custom cards, invitations, scrapbook layouts and albums for your clients provided that they only receive final, flattened versions of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/element files, etc).
• You may use samples created with my products in your galleries and portfolios
• You may use the graphics in your web design projects for clients where the finished design is supplied in 72dpi - HOWEVER credits must also be given on the website (“graphics created by Lynne-Marie Favreau").
• You may use these graphics in the production of promotional materials for your small business (brochures, promotional ads, etc)
• You may use my designs in hand made products sold at local craft fairs or similar.
Prohibited Uses:
• You may NOT use or distribute these graphics in any format except for the means defined above.
• You may NOT claim these graphics as your own, either in their original state or in an altered state
• You may NOT print my designs as is and offer them for sale in a printed format.
• You may NOT use my designs in any product that will be mass produced for sale.
• You may NOT use my designs to make any product that will be sold as a digital download.
• You may NOT use these products for “print on demand” type listings on sites such as Etsy.com, CafePress, blog shops, etc.
• You may NOT use the content or any part thereof as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark or logo.
