Rubdown {Geometric} | Kim Jensen

I've always loved the look of crayon rubbings... the imperfections of the uneven texture and the surprise of never knowing exactly how it would turn out. I went a little crazy rubbing every textured patterned surface or shape I could get my hands on to put together this set of 66 fun and funky brushes/overlays! Perfect for adding a slightly grungy handmade touch to your layouts or art journal pages.

• 1 arrow, 1 star
• 12 small circles, 1 circle scatter
• grid-like patterns - 2 dashed, 1 diamond, 13 dotted, 9 line grids, 5 wavy
• 2 boxed-in dot grids
• 7 multi-line, including 1 encircled, 1 curved, and 1 radiating
• 3 pieces of mesh
• 1 octagon/square pattern
• 1 repeating oval, 2 individual ovals
• 2 rounded rectangle patterns
• 1 star/triangle pattern, 2 triangular groups

The set includes black PNG files (colors in preview for demonstration purposes only) and an ABR brush file (in a separate zip). Also includes a Photoshop layer style set which can be used to create a raised or textured dimensional effect.

Overlays vary in size from less than an inch for some individual shapes, up to approximately 8" x 10" for larger patterns. Brush versions of the larger overlays have been reduced to 2500 pixels due to program limitations.

Rubdown {Alphabetic} | Kim Jensen

I've always loved the look of crayon rubbings... the imperfections of the uneven texture and the surprise of never knowing exactly how it would turn out. I went a little crazy rubbing every raised letter I could get my hands on to create this quirky 162 character alpha set! Perfect for adding a slightly grungy handmade touch to your layouts or art journal pages.

Includes a-z (mixed case), 0-9, and question mark. Variations in letter counts were dependent on what I found, but there are at least two versions of every letter and some numbers.

Characters vary in size from less than half an inch, up to approximately three inches tall. Most shown actual size relative to a 12x12 canvas in the preview.

The set includes black PNG files (colors in preview for demonstration purposes only) and an ABR brush file. Also includes a Photoshop layer style set which can be used to create a raised or textured dimensional effect.

Burst My Bubble | Kim Jensen

Burst My Bubble! Hand cut with a knife from a bubble-lined kraft envelope, this alpha is loaded with character, with ragged stretched plastic in spots around the edges, exposed paper from the envelope seams, and texture that will make you want to reach out and pop what's left of it. ;)

The full-height characters are about 3½" high, great for a nice chunky monogram, or scale down for longer title work. Shown at 100% relative to a 12x12 canvas in the preview above.

Due to the complex transparency of the alpha, I have provided two versions - one with no shadows, and one with a subtle realistic shadow. Zipped separately so you can download one or both, your choice! See the detail image above for an up-close look at both sets.

Pinned Purple Paper! (Try saying that five times fast! LOL) I don't know exactly why, but I've always loved these little purple tags that come home pinned to our dry cleaning, and I thought they would make a really fun touch for a layout. So I created a Pinned Purple Paper date set!

The date set includes 366 pieces, one for each day of the year - including Leap Year! Each has the number for the date and the 3-letter abbreviation for the month, both right-side up and upside-down, so you can turn them any which way for even more fun!
