In my personal life, there has been so much difficulty and discouragement in the past couple of years. I created Perseverance {Dressed Up} templates for those photos that tell stories about those difficulties and my perseverance to be joyful in spite of those difficulties. The templates feature laurel wreaths, that remind me of the saying, "resting on your laurels" ~ essentially, knowing that you have overcome before and you will do it again. I celebrate my birthday on August 26th, and every year, my mother still makes me a birthday cake. Of course, I have loads of photos of my cakes and I love to document them.
