My grandparents on my mother's side were farmers. They lived in a simple rural house, with stables, a barn, an orchard, a flower and vegetable garden. They had cows, two horses, chickens and lots of cats. When I was a child, there was no place I'd rather be. I loved the simple life, the meadows and fields, the great outdoors, the peace and quiet and some of my best childhood memories go back to that time. 'Country Life' is inspired by those memories. It is full of country charm, soft spring pastels, country plaids and florals, wood and shabby textures, country scenes and lots of rural themed embellishments.
