July Formula Challenge
My name is MandaKay, and I struggle with formula challenges. I admit it. Acceptance is the first step to recover, so I figured I better put this out there! 🙂 This month though, Julie gave us a really great formula challenge, inspired the popular number in the month of July…4! Here’s what Julie gave us to work with this month:
Hello, happy scrappers! I can’t believe we’re already into JULY! Crazy how time flies! I’m here with July’s formula challenge, and I’m afraid I’m not going to be horribly original or creative – it’s all going to be about 4! So, for this challenge, you need to have
– 4 papers
– 4 frames
– 4 ribbons
– 4 buttons or brads
– 4 flowers, hearts OR stars (all four have to be the same thing – just trying to keep both boy and girl scrappers happy 
)
You can have whatever other things you want, but you need to have at least the above list on your page.

I find this months formula challenge to be quite simple and relatively easy to pull a page together off from! Quite often I will use the things that Julie gave us to work with on a lot of my layouts anyway, so I know I can do this one!!! If you struggle with a certain challenge, be it formula, one word, journaling, etc…I urge you to try it – you will push yourself creatively, which is always a good thing!
