September time again with back to school first and then registration to sport activities. My little daughter aged nearly 6 will do dance like last year. I wanted her to try cheerdancing but she was afraid not to succeed ! My little boy aged nearly 4 will begin with baby-gym and I would love to do something also this year.

What do you think of Zumba ? Here in France there's a lot of classes open this year but it's a new activity.

Zumba is fun! I love it but I have a background in figure skating and a bit of dance.... the most important thing to remember is to just keep moving! :)

I love zumba!! Unfortunately my gym just cut the last two classes due to low numbers, but it was really fun and I would do it at home with my 7yo daughter and she kept asking if she could come to class.

I've only done Zumba in the privacy of my own home. I'm the most uncoordinated person. My friends all tell me that I dance like a white girl - and it's true :giggle: But it's really fun!

We enjoy zumba in our house too. We go to some classes at a local gym, have several videos to do at home, and daughter has it for her wii. Its great fun!

Agree with Christine here. I'm taking zumba class and it's way too fast for me. I'm not much of a dancer so it's kind of hard for me. I'm also taking buts'n'guts which i'm really loving it. :)

I :heartslub zumba! I am not the most coordinated person but I've been able to pick it up rather easily. Something my instructor says that makes it easier is to not worry what you look like and just give some attitude. It really makes it easier you act like you've got it goin' on! :giggle

It's really so much fun, Cecile! Just let loose and have fun with it! And if you enjoy it, don't give up. The routine gets easier with repetition!
