I seriously cackled out loud when I realized that today is Zero Tasking Day! I have tasked on top of tasked this whole weekend!! The weather was beautiful and perfect for working outside, so we have cleaned up all the leaves in the yard, in the flower beds, and off the porch, mulched the flower beds, and put up some of our outside Christmas stuff. My April self is going to appreciate me soooo much! I also had 2 of the grandbabies here all weekend, so I have definitely not had a Zero Tasking Day! Plus I was up at 5am this morning thanks to the stupid time change lol.

How was your Sunday? Did you have a Zero Tasking Day??

I’m pretty good at zero tasking, especially Sundays after church. ;) Today was more busy than usual but I did take a break to finally watch Elemental.

I didn't have a zero task day yesterday, but it was still a pretty good low key day. We went to church, then I went to visit my parents, grabbed some groceries, crocheted a little and then we have an awesome little fire over at our friends house. It was so nice outside for November, so we just sat around a fire for a couple hours and chatted.

It was also a busy day for me too - but we do start every Sunday with a hot tub soak which always makes for a relaxing way to start a busy day. We delivered a truck bed load of gravel that we were trying to get rid of, picked up about 50 pounds of iris bulbs from another friend, I finally put away Halloween, and ended by cleaned up the house...

I got my shingles shot and it was brutal, so I zero tasked for a couple of days this past weekend.

I hope you recover quickly. BTDT, but well worth it IMO. I had shingles multiple times pre-vaccine, but not since.

I was really busy working outside on Saturday, Sunday was very low-key in comparison, but I still did a few chores around the house and made a run to Five Below and Hallmark.

Definitely had a zero tasking day yesterday.....and have had pretty close to a zero tasking day today as well!
That sounds like a lovely weekend!!

I usually am on Sundays, but not this one! Hopefully next Sunday :)

Um, no, I did not zero task. Well, only a little tasking...And planning a bajillion tasks for the week ahead!
I totally get that!! I did not get a chance to plan for the week ahead and I'm going to be paying for it!! Fortunately tomorrow is a teacher workday, so ahhh peace and quiet to get stuff done!

I am clearly missing out, I didn't even know this was a thing!
I made strawberry swirl ice cream (Jamie Oliver showed me how).
It was amazing!
Oooh that does sound amazing!!!

I can't zero task - I just can't. I'm low tasking due to recent injuries but can't sit and do nothing.
I have a really hard time with it, too. I cannot sit for very long at all! I hope your injuries weren't too serious and that you are recovering well!!

Low key is good!! Fire with friends sound lovely!!

Oh yuck!! I hope you're feeling better!!

I'm thinking that a hot tub soak is the perfect way to start the day!!

I've had shingles as well and they are the worst!!
I love Five Below!! I need to make a trip there soon!!

I've never heard the expression zero tasking but I like it! I went to Carmel by the Sea with my sister over the weekend so there was no tasking. :)

My Sunday was so busy last weekend I've only just seen this post for the first time at 12:30pm Tuesday. :lol2
That's pretty far beyond zero tasking lol! Hope you're getting a little down time!

I guess I had a zero tasking weekend-- Saturday I cleaned a bit, did laundry and got my car ready for a trip. Sunday, I got up at 5 to hit the road by 6 for a drive from Northern Alabama to Charlotte NC. My uncle passed away on Friday, so I drove up for the funeral. I got to the visitation near Charlotte around 3:30 pm, so it was a long driving day. We went over to my aunt's home after the visitation and visited with family for a few hours, then my brother and I got a hotel room nearby (he drove down from Baltimore- his drive was about 6 hours while mine was about 8). Monday was the funeral, then another night in the hotel and I got up Tuesday and drove back home. The drive seemed a lot longer on the way home!
