my miracle food is peanut butter. i seriously do not know where i would be without it. it's my go to thing when i'm bottoming out. i also think eggs are amazing but i could live longer without eggs than peanut butter. weird, i know.
hmmm....good question. Lately it has been french vanilla yogurt with granola. Love that stuff. and my green smoothies. I took a break from them this week and I can totally tell a difference in the way I feel.
hot sauce for me... I eat it on just about everything... popcorn, cottage cheese, veggies, eggs, rice... oh yum! Plus I think because I eat so much I don't get sick as often as everyone else in my house... I think I burn those icky little germs out of me!
I mix it up but my favorite is bananas, pineapple and some spinach or kale. You just blend with a little bit of water and they taste yummy. You never notice the greens.
Pasta, pasta, and MORE pasta! When I'm feeling really low, a nice hot bowl smothered in butter with salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese. Heaven!
I have food phases. Currently my fave is Nature's Path Flax Plus Flakes cereal. I worry that Costco will stop carrying it.
1. Coffee... I know it's not food, but I cant live without it. #2 would be mini strawberry wheat squares cereal. I eat them dry. 3. is strawberries! It's strawberry season here and it is seriously my favorite time of year!
