    I mostly feel like I've been hit by a car. But aside from that, I'm pretty happy. I'm in worse shape than I was when I set the previous PR, and I felt worse the entire race than I did 3 weeks ago - yet I ran faster than both of those. It feels good to really push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Just not at the time. LOL
